To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, tryestateplanning.ai LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Arizona, applying Arizona law. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit against tryestateplanning.ai LLC.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
